Jennifer Raynor is an Assistant Professor of Natural Resource Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she has been on the faculty since 2022. Before moving to Wisconsin, she was an Assistant Professor at Wesleyan University and a Research Economist at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Raynor’s research focuses on the economics of fisheries and wildlife management, with an emphasis on measuring the feedback between human and natural systems.
A natural resource economist, Ray Victurine has worked on conservation and sustainable development issues in Africa, Asia and Latin America for over 30 years. He is Director of the Business and Conservation Program at WCS and has contributed to the design and development of a variety of conservation finance institutions and has been involved in the design and development of sustainable financing mechanisms for protected areas.
