Heitor Dellasta

Heitor joined Conservation Strategy Fund (CSF) in 2025 as an Economist. With 7 years of experience, he develops research and policy on social-ecological systems with a focus on finance, biodiversity, and human rights. He works in the design, implementation, and evaluation of socio-environmental policies, with experience in projects involving economic incentives and financial solutions to support and develop products and services that enhance biodiversity and strengthen resilient and sustainable livelihoods.

Dr. Alin Halimatussadiah

Dr. Alin Halimatussadiah is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business – Universitas Indonesia (FEB UI). She received her doctoral degree from Universitas Indonesia in 2013 with a focus on natural resources and environmental economics. Since 2017, she has been trusted as the Head of the Green Economy and Climate Research Group at the Institute of Economic and Social Research, Faculty of Economics and Business – Universitas Indonesia (LPEM FEB UI).

Aulia Rahman

Aulia Rahman is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), permaculture design course (PDC) trainer, and sustainability strategist with over seven years of experience leading cross-sectoral projects that connect environmental conservation, sustainable livelihoods, and community empowerment.

Ahmad Baihaki

Aside of his role as the Secretary of the Executive Board of Yayasan Strategi Konservasi (CSF) Indonesia, Ahmad Baihaki is currently the Impact Investment Lead at Yayasan Konservasi Alam Nusantara (YKAN) where his area of work is in the investment of coral reefs, Blue Economy and Ocean Programme.

He has more than 9 years of working experience in Ocean Program and more than 15 years of working experience in IT Business Development. He holds a Master Degree in ICT in Business from the Leiden University.
