CSF at COP30: Economics for Climate Action

Conservation Strategy Fund is heading to COP30 with a delegation led by Julia Queiroz, CSF Brazil Director, and Natalia Sanin Acevedo, Director of the Numbers for Nature Training Institute. Together, they will bring CSF’s unique approach into the heart of climate negotiations: using the power of economics to align development and climate goals.

By putting a value on nature’s benefits, CSF demonstrates why protecting forests, wetlands, and coasts is not only essential for biodiversity, but also the smartest investment for people, economies, and the planet.

CSF completes the Blue Economy course to strengthen marine management at the CMAR

The Conservation Strategy Fund (CSF) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Blue Economy Course, a virtual course for members of the Eastern Tropical Pacific Marine Conservation Corridor (CMAR). The training took place between July 28 and September 19, 2025, to strengthen the institutional capacities of participants from CMAR member countries: Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, and Panama.

Conservation Strategy Fund (CSF) se complace en anunciar que finalizamos con éxito el Curso Economía Azul, un curso virtual para miembros del Corredor Marino de Conservación del Pacífico Este Tropical (CMAR).  La capacitación se realizó entre el 28 de julio y el 19 de septiembre de 2025, con el objetivo de fortalecer las capacidades institucionales de participantes de los países miembros del CMAR: Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, México y Panamá.

Alison Dreizen is an attorney with more than four decades of global legal experience and strategic advisory work. She has represented financial institutions, private equity funds, industrial companies, NGOs and individuals on a wide range of complex transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and cross-border investments. Her work has spanned sectors such as energy, infrastructure, banking, shipping, and manufacturing, and has taken her to key markets across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
