Ricko joined Conservation Strategy Fund Indonesia in 2026 as a Junior Economist. He has more than five years of experience in economic and policy research, focusing on sustainable finance, energy transition, fiscal policy, and natural resource governance. His work applies quantitative and mixed-methods analysis to support sustainable development and better decision-making for people and nature. Ricko holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from IPB University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and cat, taking road trips, discovering authentic local food and distinctive coffee, and brewing coffee at home.
