
Alison Dreizen
Alison Dreizen is an attorney with more than four decades of global legal experience and strategic advisory work. She has represented financial institutions, private equity funds, industrial companies, NGOs and individuals on a wide range of complex transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and cross-border investments. Her work has spanned sectors such as energy, infrastructure, banking, shipping, and manufacturing, and has taken her to key markets across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Alison has practiced law in New York, Washington, Hong Kong, and Moscow, gaining a global perspective that informs her work today.
Currently, she is of counsel to the law firm Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP, having previously been a partner at White & Case LLP and Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP. Alison serves as outside general counsel to the American Historical Association. She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Cornell University, where she majored in the history of US foreign relations.
