Reinhard Bonke Nyandire
Reinhard joined CSF 2021 as the Program Lead for Africa. He is a pragmatic sustainable development and impact-driven conservation professional with more than 7 years experience in effective leadership, natural resource conservation, policy lobbying and advocacy, fostering strategic partnerships, and public engagement initiatives. Through this position, he pursues integrated approaches to conservation, climate change mitigation, public health, and poverty alleviation in Africa through capacity building, cross-sectoral partnerships, research, and empowerment of indigenous communities with an emphasis on the strategic use of economics. He has extensive experience collaborating with the private sector and mainstream media outlets in engagement activities. Reinhard is a Chevening Scholar on the MPhil. Conservation Leadership Programme at the University of Cambridge and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Kenyatta University.
